If you would prefer to use your own courier we recommend using a reputable, tracked delivery service, such as DPD, GLS, DHL or FedEx. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit so please consider using an insured service. Please package the product(s) carefully along with the packing slip, if this is not available then please include your name along with your order number. Then send to this address:

It can take up to 14 days from sending your return to process your refund.
All items returned to our warehouse are inspected by our warehouse team. If they are deemed not to be in the required condition, the return will be refused. If this occurs, we will notify you and make the product available for return back to you. This may require an additional payment to cover the shipping costs.
Please ensure that you inspect your items promptly upon receipt of your order. If you notice any damage to the outer packaging, we kindly request that you take photographs before opening it. Any product sold by EP Sports that is found to have a defect will be addressed in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty, which may include repair, replacement, or refund options. Should you encounter any issues with a product, please contact us immediately and provide the following details so that we can guide you on the next steps:
- Order number
- Date of order
- Description of the fault and how it happened
- Images clearly showing the fault and the item as a whole
Any product returned due to a defect will be inspected by our staff upon receipt. The repaired product or replacement will be dispatched promptly, subject to stock availability. If a replacement product is unavailable, an alternative similar product can be provided with the customer’s agreement. EP Sports retains the right to return the product to the customer (at the customer's expense) if no fault is identified. This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights.
